After our doc Philosopher of the Sea won at Toronto Lift-Off and was nominated at Tokyo Lift-Off, we made it all the way to the Season Awards at Pinewood Studios in London.
We faced tough competition from over 2,600 films across 12 city-based festivals and we won!
Attending the gala was an incredible honor, where we had the chance to meet numerous talented filmmakers. The film was warmly received, and we are pleasantly surprised by its impact on people as it keeps travelling across the world.
The Lift-Off Global Network, a non-profit organization, actively supports and promotes independent filmmakers like us in the industry.
